Privacy Policy
Freehold is a brand of Socilio A.I. LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Socilio AI", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through freehold.health (the "Site"), why, and what you can do about it. It applies only to the Site. When Freehold launches products or services, they will have their own privacy terms.
What we collect
The Site is a single holding page. It collects two things.
- Your email address, only if you type it into the sign-up form and submit it. We also record the date and time you submitted it and that it came from this page.
- Technical information that any web server receives when you load a page: your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you requested, and the time of the request. This is used by our hosting provider to serve the Site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or social media plug-ins on the Site. Fonts and video are served from our own domain, so loading the page does not send your information to a third-party font or video service.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you about Freehold's launch and related news. We will not use it for anything else without asking you first. Under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, where they apply, our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
We process technical information to operate and secure the Site. Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who handles it
The Site and the sign-up list are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which acts as our processor. Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical information in the data centre nearest to you; email addresses are stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage. Cloudflare's own privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else, except where we are required to by law or legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will be bound by this policy.
International transfers
We are a United States company and your information is processed in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, that is a transfer outside your region. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into our agreement with Cloudflare, and on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after Freehold's launch, whichever comes first, after which the list from this page is deleted. Technical logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period, typically no longer than a few days, for security and operational purposes.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe at any time, using the form below or by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the rights under the GDPR to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are in Germany, the authority for the state you live in is listed at bfdi.bund.de.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. The only categories we collect are identifiers (email address) and internet activity (the technical information described above). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. You may make a request by email; we will verify it by replying to the address on file. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
Residents of other US states with privacy laws have comparable rights and may exercise them the same way. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
Unsubscribe
Enter the address you signed up with and we will remove it from the list.
Children
The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the sign-up list is restricted to authorised staff and protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorisation.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the email address you have already given us, we will email you before it takes effect.
